Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully fold your garments and place them back in their original packaging to ensure they arrive at our studio safely and wrinkle-free.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
